Thank you all for your sweet notes and emails and especially for your prayers. It has been a long week, but we have seen God show up and amaze us every day. I won’t share all of the details because it is my brother’s story, but I will say God is Awesome.
It is also amazing to have a community of praying friends and loved ones. I never take it lightly that I can mention something or send a text or make a phone call and people automatically say, I will pray and actually mean it. And I know people were praying because we saw it and felt it and sat in those answered prayers for twelve plus hours at the hospital every day for the last week.
So I know for sure that I have a community of faithful praying friends and a God who mercifully and faithfully answers.
My brother is better, Praise God!!!! But we still have a ways to go. I will slowly as time and brain cells allow return to our regular scheduled blog posts. But there’s never anything wrong with pausing and having a pure Praise God moment.
