Wedding Recap

Okay, I am not going to overload you with wedding pictures….although I totally could. What a day! I have been holding back posting any of them until the couple posted and got to share what they wanted. But today I have a few photos that we can enjoy together

My children are not as risk averse as I am. This chick was set on an outdoor wedding. I was nervous about the whole thing, but just went with it and God gave us a beautifully perfect day.

We started hair and makeup at 6:30am…..yep, seriously early. All the girls were together in the suite from 6:30 until 3:30 and this was the mood the WHOLE time

Literally, the sweetest wedding party….both the guys and the girls were there for the couple. It was sweet and pleasant and so enjoyable.

The ceremony was wonderful…..thankful for our friends and family who joined us for the celebration.

And after a year of planning – just like that they are married

For the cocktail hour, her stellar maid of honor/sister scoured all of social media and made phone calls and got nearly 100 photos of our guests from their individual wedding days.

She framed them all and had them displayed all around the room. It was awesome for folks to come in and exclaim….is that me? How did we get here? I always reflect on my wedding day at other weddings so I loved, loved, loved this. I think the guests did too.

And now we have a son

And we could not be happier.

We sent them off to begin their new chapter with love and joy
