Hope you had a wonderful week and are ready for the weekend. I could not be more ready! Even though we kind of have a busy one ahead, I am still looking forward to it. Primarily because it is full of “fun busy”. We have a wedding shower, an anniversary party and then some fun errands.
Can I say how much I love the back to school section? It is almost as exciting as when the Christmas stuff begins to be stocked at stores. Actually, these two retail roll outs get closer and closer in time. I am pretty sure the wide rule notebook paper will be immediately replaced with shatterproof ornaments but so be it.
If you are out and about and enjoying the back to school section, grab a few extra basics and bless a school teacher with some extra supplies. I imagine most of us know at least one or two teachers we could help out. If you don’t, just pick a school and drop off a donation. Also, don’t forget after school programs, Boys and Girls Clubs, etc. In our area, there have been school buses parked around town where we can drop off donations. Back to school was always a magical time for me. I loved everything about it. But it is not that way for everyone. Some families are struggling to get all the needed supplies. Wouldn’t it be nice if every kid could go back to school with everything they need? Well we can’t save the world but we can impact a few precious lives in our area.
I am also working on our Back to School prayer list. If you have ideas for things we as a blog community can cover in prayer for the teachers, administrators, students and parents just let me know. I will be posting that next week so we can pray leading up to the first day of school. The first day of school…..I can’t believe it is almost here.
Have the best weekend! See you back on Monday.

Thank you for caring about teachers and our school systems + always donating.✏️🍎🙏🏿
God Bless our teachers, administrators and all those pouring into our kids!
