Over the last few decades I have had many titles associated with Motherhood. I have been
- A mom to be
- A new mom
- A tired mom
- A party-planning mom
- A sports mom
- A cheer mom
- A barely hanging on mom of teens
- A prom mom
- A mom of young adults
But this weekend I got to be
What a weekend it was. Once the couple has had a chance to process a few photos, I will try to get their permission to share some wedding details with you.
Until then, know there is nothing like people you love showing up to help you love on your kids. Nothing. It was the best having friends from all areas of our lives, our family from near and far, and our new family all in one big room laughing, eating, dancing and celebrating.
This is my favorite kind of exhausted. Joyfully exhausted!
