Happy Monday and welcome to a new week. Spring has really been showing out in its first days with some beautiful weather.

But there’s still always time for some good television and I’ve had a good run lately. Here’s what I have been watching

Listen, if you are like me as one of the few people who had not watched The Six Triple Eight- wait no longer. It is fantastic! It is Hidden Figures good. I usually watch shows while doing other things but this one I just sat and watched. It is so uplifting and inspiring. Do not miss it.

Love and Death is based on a true story. It is about an extra marital affair turned deadly. We know that going in but I spent the whole series trying to figure out who was going to be killed. I was wrong the whole time. Now because this is about an affair there are some spicy scenes but just a handful. These little housewives were something else…. Definitely worth the watch.

The Last Word is also good. As this lady ages and realizes her life will end soon she starts to worry about her obituary and what will be said about her. She hires a young lady who writes obituaries for a newspaper. She then sets out to create some things that can be favorable about her. It is sweet story of unlikely friendship and love. I really enjoyed it!

The Magic of Belle Isle is also a good story. Nothing bad to say about it at all…..except the whole movie I kept thinking who did this casting? The story is good. I just felt like the casting didn’t line up. But still a good movie.
