Curiousity

I have always been so interested to observe other people and what they do, how they do it and the most puzzling question why they do it. I will admit because I know you all are not judgey people that one of my favorite shows to watch was The Steve Wilkos show. I know. I know. Most of you consider it smut tv….and you are not wrong. But I was totally invested in trying to guess who was telling the truth, whose pants were on fire, all the things. I would watch intently looking at body language and mannerisms and I would always be wrong…..seriously more times than not I would be wrong. But I love the watching and observing. I am just a curious person.

So I was wondering about a few things with you all

Do you order appetizers when you go out to eat?

We typically don’t. Just never have. But we have this one friend that it is a given. If we are out to eat with them, there will be appetizers and multiple ones at that.

Secondly, have you ever taken a trip all by yourself? Like actually gone out of town for pleasure (not because work made you) and not to visit family or friends. A whole trip where you went out of town and stayed alone, ate alone, busied your day all alone? I know a girl whose mother gifts her a solo trip each year for her birthday. I like the idea. Can you imagine? Have you, would you?

And if by chance the answer to any of the above is yes, where would you go?

Lastly, what is your one luxury item. Like it doesn’t matter if it is on sale, you are buying it. You are not going to run out of it. You will sacrifice other expenses to buy it. Shoes, handbags, massages, klondike bars (ha! this used to be one of mine – I ate a Klondike bar every night before I went to bed), eye cream, nice linens. I think everyone has something…..what is yours?
