Happy Wednesday, Friends! I know lots of you are still perusing and shopping the Anniversary Sale. I think often people hear Nordstrom and think expensive. In fact, I wore a little sleeveless top to the gym this week and a lady said she loved it and asked me where I bought it. When I said Nordstrom she immediately said oh so it was pricey. I was like no ma’am it was like $30…..But of course there are some items that I am shocked at the price point. However, they carry a wide variety of price points.
For instance the whole Wit and Wisdom line……Love!
These pants fit great. I have a couple of pairs. I had to size down one size. And I think that is pretty consistent with all the comments on these. The great thing is they come in a wide range of sizes – plus, petites, regular. The fit is awesome. They wash wonderfully. But the best thing is they are mid fifties in price during the sale. If you are going to try anything…..these I highly recommend.
Another moderately priced, but high quality brand is WAYF.
These are a good weight and wear wonderfully. There are lots of color options in each of these and I feel like they will transition across seasons well. I am only showing you the two options but you can see all the WAYF in the sale by clicking here.
Now lastly shoes…..
This is the category I am always willing to pay a bit more for. I am definitely allergic to bad shoes and hurting feet. Whenever someone says they like my shoes and ask if they are comfortable, I always answer if they are on my feet – they are comfortable. I did not expect to find and to love the Favorite Daughter mary jane but I really loved it. So comfortable and so cute! Then the Rothy’s driving loafer was a total unexpected buy for me. These are washable and that is a great thing. There are lots of good colors in this one and they all play fairly neutral so you can’t go wrong. Lastly, the Dolce Vita sneaker is comfortable and it was too cute. There are six great color options. I chose red…..because why not.
