Springing Forward

Okay in full disclosure, I will be gently coasting forward. There will be zero springing for me

I am definitely the emoji on the left. But I know so many of you are the one on the right. I am actually interested in seeing how I do this year. My main complaint has always been getting up in the dark. I need the sun to welcome me into a new day…..But in retirement when the rising doesn’t have to be so early, maybe just maybe I am going to be okay.

I know many of you enjoy the long sunny afternoons for your walks or runs or yard stuff or whatever it is you all are doing out there in there in the outdoors. I wish you well. It just means for me that I will let the blinds down a little later than usual.

I will be enjoying my last few nights of early, cozy, lovely darkness that makes me want to tuck in and read a book. And then I will be looking forward to fall when we fall back like good ole normal people.
