Do not be alarmed by the large bottle of Vodka in this picture. I decided to make some homemade vanilla and I needed vodka. I tried to make my husband go buy it for me, but he said just get it at Costco it should be cheap there. Neither of us thought about it would be such a large quantity. Y’all I couldn’t believe I bought a toddler size bottle of vodka.
Anyway, I was committed to this vanilla so here we are.
I ordered these jars and these vanilla beans.
I cut up the vanilla beans and put them in the jars and added the vodka. We will be shaking them for the next 30 days and then we will have some super good vanilla.
Let me know if you want to make some, I definitely have some vodka left.
