Well I am happy to report the watching of the Gilded Age is going very well. I have completed two seasons and am five episodes into the third season. So if you know of something else I should watch while I have my HBOmax subscription, please let me know.
Now for today…..you all know how much I love a good before and after, well let’s just start with the before
This is the new brunch spot Loona’s Cafe’s Bondi Beach Banana Pancake. Isn’t it beautiful?
There’s a blueberry compote, banana pancakes, caramelized bananas…and every element is delicious.
This is an Australian inspired cafe that is only open 7-2 each day. It is beautifully decorated. I found it to be bright and spacious. And though it was busy I could still hear myself think. I hate a noisy restaurant. The staff was friendly and focused on doing their job (another novelty these days). My excellent server was Alfred and he did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
At first, I thought I am never going to finish this, but I am no quitter so here is the after
Honestly, I may order this to go next time so I can actually lick the plate in the privacy of my own home. 🙂 I absolutely cannot wait to go back and try something else.
If you have some brunch space in your weekend or week, give it a go. I have a feeling that once the word gets out, they are going to be packed.
