Gabe’s

I kept seeing all of these commercials about Gabe’s opening. I googled to see where they are located and found it is the old location of Old Time Pottery.

I must say I often forgot about Old Time Pottery. It was never on my routine list of stores to check out. But occasionally when I couldn’t find what I was looking for elsewhere I would try them.

Well Gabe’s is similar to OTP, but different too. The houseware/home decor section is very similar. But now they also have tons of clothes.
I aim to be very thorough so I did walk the whole store and checked it all out. The clothing was interesting. They had lots of name brand items like Nike, but then the next rack had reflective vest (I mean who knows when you might need to join a random road crew) and the rack next to that was $3 t-shirts.
Okay, all of that to say if you are a looker, a digger, a flip through the rack just in case kind of person- you will LOVE Gabe’s! If that’s not your thing, you may be overwhelmed here.

I only bought two things some foil pans and a storage container.

Will I go back? Of course! I have a feeling the products are going to be quick turn and there will always be new stuff. I never mind an intense look around, so I’ll for sure go a couple more times.
If nothing else, it is a great indoor spot to get some steps in.
