Welcome to Friday, friends. How happy are we? It has been a week and I am thrilled to be wrapping it up and looking forward to a long weekend. We are enjoying tucking in early and the dark cozy evenings. We have been gathering and enjoying a bit of television and then early to bed……yes, please and thank you.
Here’s what we have been enjoying
We started enjoying Elsbeth last year and were happy to see it return this season. There are small things that carry over episode to episode but for the most part each episode is stand alone. She is quirky and cute and her wardrobe is worth tuning in for alone.
We are all about The Floor. How in the world people get to be experts in some of these categories, I will never understand. You essentially deem yourself a subject matter expert of a particular category and then defend your category in one on one battles by identifying photos faster than the other person. The last episode we watched had a lady who was vending machine expert. Seriously? What are you doing in life that you can identify brands of vending machine snacks in an expert manner. We all enjoy The Floor!
We have always enjoyed The Voice, but the addition of Snoop has been stellar. He is so funny and so kind to all of the contestants. Michael Buble’ is also a fun add. We only watch the auditions, the team selections and the battle rounds. After that it just moves too slowly. But until then – we are in!
Matlock is new and it has been good so far. It is just decently clean with a little suspense and enough humor to make it enjoyable. I used to love the old Matlock. This is different…..but still good.
I will be off on Monday so no blog post. Wishing you a wonderful weekend and sending a BIG THANK YOU to all the Veterans who bravely served our country. We appreciate you and your service.
