Hello, has anyone seen August? I mean I thought I saw it, but it was just a blur. I mean it literally popped in and then it was gone. I literally wore all my white pants this week when I realized it was the last week of August and Labor Day was just around the corner. Is that even a thing anymore? I am pretty sure we are still wearing white after Labor Day now……it will still be 179 degrees and it seems like that is most important.
But we end the month and begin another on a long weekend. I think that is ideal. There are lots of sales of course over the weekend….here are a few if you are in the market:
Anthropologie – additional 40% off sale merchandise
Target – deals are already going and there are several
Nordstrom – The Summer Sale has kicked off
Pottery Barn – Pillows, Dishes, Bedding all at special prices
Amazon – Of course Amazon has some deals for the holiday…..lots of electronics but there are some clothing and home items as well
And don’t forget your favorite local stores. They need to see you too. But check holiday hours because many of the local stores close for the holiday.
