Summertime Staple

We all know it is not summer until we make my Grandma Gracie’s Banana Split Pie.

We love this pie! When I was in college I would come to our apartment and make it super quick and put in the fridge. My roommates and I would devour it after we came home from our jobs at the mall. It tastes just like a banana split. You could even drizzle chocolate syrup over it if you wanted to.
