Welcome to a new series….okay, maybe not a whole series but who knows! My friend Robyn is also retired. She is also up for just about anything. We’ve been meeting up, hitting sales, checking out stores and a few other things. She said we should be R&R Adventures….because Robyn and Rhega are very adventurous. Okay we are really not, but we do like retail and restaurant adventures so you can see where this series is headed.
You may remember that Robyn is who went to the Sweet Pineapple Opening with me
She called Tuesday morning and said do you want to go to Tea at Mason Dixon this afternoon….why sure I do!
So off we went
It was originally scheduled for the patio but they decided to move us inside because of the heat.
The table was set beautifully and the menu got us very excited
Every single thing was good. Definitely don’t have a big breakfast if you are planning on going. It is a lot of food.
We also had three teas that came out at different times
Again, they were all quite good. The finale tea was the blooming one which is just so pretty.
We nibbled and sipped and just enjoyed ourselves tremendously!
The service was so nice. They were very attentive and we felt like lots of special preparation was made just for us. I am sure all the attendees felt that way, but it really was a fun and special afternoon.
This R&R adventure gets Five Stars…..I can’t wait to see what we find next to get into.
