We were recently in Columbia, TN and found this restaurant. Y’all it was soooo GOOD that I had to share it with you. Who knows you may find yourself in Columbia needing lunch and thank me for this post.

When I tell you they are serious about the from scratch part…..they are serious. The food was so fresh and seasoned and tasty and I am still thinking about it.
I got a chicken bowl
which had the most delicious chicken, wonderful black beans, fluffy rice, pico and cheese. It also had lettuce, but I got mine without the lettuce. Lettuce is salad only for me. I don’t care for it on sandwiches, in bowls or as a wrap or anywhere else. The whole bowl was drizzled with this jalepeno ranch. I enjoyed it so much the owner offered to give me some to bring home. I think he was just like settle down, missy. Ha! I probably did need to settle down.
We also had chips and salsa while we waited. And we tried their homemade tortillas. Yes, to it all!
The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and here is one of my favorite things about this restaurant. They had this sign in the restroom
YESSSS! Not just employees wash their hands. Everyone wash their hands!
We loved this place. I will just say, I am not opposed to just riding there for this restaurant alone. I could totally zip into Columbia, enjoy this bowl again with that jalepeno ranch and zip back home.
If you are in the area, definitely try it out.
