Are you starting to think of Mother’s Day ideas? Well whether you are buying a gift for someone or need to put some things on your wish list…..I have a few ideas for you. And all the links are included.
You all know I have been on a cleaning streak. So maybe you or someone you know is also (or should be) into cleaning. Listen, I know some people think practical gifts such as this are a no no, but I am a practical person and never mind a useful gift…..but know your receiver so you don’t end up with a mop bucket dumped on your head
Speaking of mop buckets, the first item up is the mop recommended by @gocleanco. It is a great spin mop and most people are loving them. So I am up for giving it a spin……see what I did there.
Also, one of my favorite things to do is watch @gocleanco clean windows. The squeegee set they use is the Aquablade. It is a little pricey, but it sure does seem fun.
Now for the book lovers here’s two of my favorite books with a little mothering involved. Both of these are by Francine Rivers Her Mother’s Hope and Her Daughter’s Dream.
Now for some comfy pajamas check out the whole Lake site. I have pajamas from them, but also think this little gown is cute and looks comfy.
Let’s not forget the local stores. Botanica Plant Shop has cute plants and tees. If you decide to gift a plant, make sure it is one that is easy for everyone to keep alive. Otherwise, it is not really a gift….it is more like a weekly judgment of one’s nuturing ability.
Another local and one of my favorite spots is Sweet Pineapple. They have all kinds of great mother’s day gifts, but I particularly thought these new mom and grandma mugs were adorable.
Lastly, it is always appropriate to give a pampering item. These little tins of Shea butter are perfect for the nightstand.
Hope you found some things here of interest. Wishing you all a great weekend!
