IKEA

Happy Friday! Another week in the books and around here another chance to wear sweatshirts. A brief cold snap has hit and here we are circling back to chilly days. But the sun is out and that is all good.

I recently went to our new IKEA. I gave it a couple of weeks because it was a mad house opening week. You couldn’t even get close to the parking lot. Well I went on a Wednesday morning and it was still quite crowded. If you don’t like crowds, you may want to give it few more weeks.

It is a little different from traditional IKEAs. Some of the larger furniture items can only be ordered. But it is still a lot of grab and go stuff available and still a ton of stuff to browse and enjoy.

I only bought one thing

I needed a new jar to start another batch of homemade vanilla. So I managed to get out on my visit spending $1.49. But I will be back and you should visit too. It is nice to have one so close now.

IKEA is one of those places that you never know what you will find so always a good browsing opportunity.
