Here’s what I have been watching lately

I loved The Penguin Lessons! It is based on a true story and it is sweet and inspirational and just a really fun watch. A teacher relocates to an all boys school AND has a penguin to secretly take care of. The country is going thru a tough time. This penguin brings people together and helps them all cope and thrive.

I also loved Little Manhattan. Such a sweet little story about first loves. This is one of those movies that the casting is so good, you almost forget it is a movie. I felt like I was cheering on two real kids.

Now Hitchcock was very interesting. It is based on the life of Alfred Hitchcock and I was learning all kinds of things. Creative people always have a little quirk or two or twenty.

Speaking of learning stuff The Beginning of Everything was very eye opening. It is based on the life of Zelda and F. Scott Fitzgerald. There’s a bit of risque in it. But a very interesting watch.

Thunder Force is basically a generally entertaining movie where two childhood friends are reunited and become fighters of wrong. But in true Melissa McCarthy fashion it was some gross elements to the humor. Watch this one while doing your chores…..you don’t have to focus for it.
