I know many of us are in the huge area forecasted to get snow
The first estimate in our area was 3-6 inches. I think we are now in the 1-2 inch range but they are saying we may get sleet and ice. Hoping for just snow and that power remains.
I will say I find it very interesting the different prep methods people embark on…..I don’t know what everyone is doing with all this milk and bread, but those shelves emptied very quickly. I had one lady behind me in line and she was stocking up on wine and eggs…..no judgment, ma’am. I am sure you already have milk and bread.
We did order groceries. But we also went to the fabric store and got enough for a couple of projects to keep us busy. I also went by the bookstore because who knows, I may read the 200 I already own and haven’t read yet. And lastly, I gathered up Valentine’s stuff so I can work on addressing cards, wrapping gifts and getting stuff ready to mail. Apparently I think we are going to be snowed in for the next 6 weeks.
If you are getting winter weather, stay safe and warm. Hopefully, it will be just a day or so and I won’t actually get through all of this stuff I have gathered up. I am perfectly fine with that!
