Saturday, August 9th is National Book Lovers Day!!!!
Check out the library and your local bookstores. There are all kinds of fun activities going on. It is also Romance Book day so there are sales on both audio and physical romance books.
My favorite store The Snail will have their blind date books available. They will have a selection of books wrapped in brown paper with a hint of what the book is about, but you select it blindly and have a surprise when you purchase it. These are always fun and a fun gift for someone.
And you all know how I love the random gift as a surprise. Saturday would be a fun day to surprise one of your friends with a good book for them to enjoy. I mean you don’t send flowers on Book Lovers Day…..you give books, right!!!
