What do you do when it is less than 500 degrees outside? Well plan a backyard picnic of course. We have been sitting on ready for this. We’ve just been waiting for an evening that we could tolerate sitting outside for a while. I took out the trash right before dinner and thought the weather felt pretty good. So I rallied the troops and grabbed the bug spray and we headed out for our picnic.
We played a little music, chatted and enjoyed the sweet sounds of the neighbors yard work
We stayed long enough to get a quick card game in
Fun evening out back with the family. If you know me well you know that this may be the 3rd or 4th time I have actually spent time in my backyard. It was well worth it and who knows maybe I could become a regular there……ok, I am just kidding.
On Friday I will share all the sources for the things we used to make our picnic colorful, comfortable and enjoyable.
