Well supplies are being purchased, clothes are being shopped for, lunchbox decisions are being made and first day outfits being selected. So that means it is time for us to pray!
Join us as we do the most important work of praying for everyone and everything involved with a new school year!
- Teachers to see their students and be equipped to respond to individual needs
- Teachers to have the energy and resilience to push through each day
- Teachers to feel the importance of all the lives they touch
- Teachers to support each other and lift each other up
- Teachers to have enough parental support to make up for the disengaged parents
- Teachers to feel appreciated and valued
- Tentative and shy students to feel inexplicable comfort and peace
- Excellent student/teacher pairings
- Students to be able to obtain all the supplies they need
- Students that feel insecure would not feel the need to make other students insecure (bullying)
- Students to be kind to each other and their teachers
- Students to feel their potential and have hope for bright futures
- Safety for all in our school systems
